Water Intake Tracker
Log water throughout the day, track your progress, and compare your total with a daily goal you choose. Your selected goal is for tracking only—not a personal hydration recommendation.

Understanding water intake tracking
A simple drink log can help you notice your everyday habits. This tracker is intentionally based on amounts you enter, rather than estimating an individual requirement. Hydration needs differ from person to person and may change with activity, weather, diet, age, and health circumstances.
What should I use as my goal?
Choose a goal that makes sense for your own tracking routine, and follow advice from a qualified healthcare professional when you have questions about fluid intake. Some medical conditions and treatments require specific fluid guidance or restrictions.
How the tracker calculates progress
Total logged: the sum of the drink amounts you add. Progress: total logged divided by your chosen goal, expressed as a percentage. The visual progress bar stops at 100%, while the displayed total can continue above your goal.
Frequently asked questions
Does this tracker recommend how much water I should drink?
No. You set the goal yourself. The tool only totals the amounts you log and compares them with that goal.
Does it save my water log?
The log is held in the current page session. It is not connected to an account or database, so resetting the page or closing it may clear your entries.
Can I log drinks other than plain water?
You can enter any drink amount you want to include in your personal log. The tracker does not assess the drink’s ingredients or nutritional value.
What if I have a fluid restriction?
Follow the specific guidance provided by your qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on a general tracker to manage a medical fluid restriction.
